Consult with internal clients to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and software solutions.
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and automation pipelines including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) in a multi-team, multi-geography environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
Seasoned experience deploying software solutions in an outsourced or similar IT environment working across multiple teams and geographies.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN and programming/development skills.
Relevant DevOps, Agile, and cloud platform certifications preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working in complex, multi-technology application environments including hardware, OS, databases, and storage with design expertise.
Proficient in automation tooling, source code repositories, deployment and release management processes.
Capable of managing detailed technical documentation and cross-functional coordination with client-facing and internal teams.
