Manage end-to-end deal closeouts, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulations such as FINRA.
Maintain high-quality client-ready deliverables including data analyses, presentations, and reports to support senior management decisions.
Drive operational efficiency through identification and implementation of process improvements and automation, and manage cross-team collaborations and ad-hoc projects.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience in business analytics or related financial operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with databases and information management systems.
Ability to work any 9-hour shift between 8 AM to 11 PM, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
