Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of treasury expense and fund administration team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of NAV yields and daily pricing.
Provide accurate management reporting, maintain issue logs, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and control policies.
Lead team training, development, performance appraisals, staffing decisions, and escalate unusual or suspicious transactions as per corporate policies.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in accounting or finance related roles preferred.
Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong understanding of financial services and investment products mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and excellent communication skills mandatory.

Experience working in a North America shift environment, comfortable with client interaction and query resolution.
Demonstrates leadership skills with capability to coach, train and evaluate team members within a global shared services model.
Strong operational focus with ability to manage high volumes, prioritize tasks, minimize risk and ensure compliance with procedures.
