About This Role
- Define and maintain service-level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and reliability targets for digital banking and financial services platforms ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Own and improve automated CI/CD pipelines, version control policies, and deployment strategies to achieve zero-downtime and low-impact changes across staging, UAT, and production environments.
- Serve as liaison across engineering, compliance, and operations teams, managing incident response, reliability reporting, and regulatory audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering within financial services or fintech.
- Hands-on experience supporting real-time transaction systems, mobile banking, or payment gateways reliability.
- Technical proficiency with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Bash), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and observability tools.

- Experienced in managing production reliability for financial services platforms under regulatory constraints, including audit and compliance documentation.
