Define and maintain service-level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and reliability targets for digital banking and financial services platforms ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Own and improve automated CI/CD pipelines, version control policies, and deployment strategies to achieve zero-downtime and low-impact changes across staging, UAT, and production environments.
Serve as liaison across engineering, compliance, and operations teams, managing incident response, reliability reporting, and regulatory audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering within financial services or fintech.
Hands-on experience supporting real-time transaction systems, mobile banking, or payment gateways reliability.
Technical proficiency with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Bash), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and observability tools.

Experienced in managing production reliability for financial services platforms under regulatory constraints, including audit and compliance documentation.
