Manage uptime and incident response for cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform, scripting, SDKs) and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and cloud-native tools.
Lead root cause analysis and remediation of production incidents, including building runbooks and automating deployment tooling.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years in software engineering, systems/database administration, networking with 2+ years experience in public cloud software development or administration.
Proficiency with Linux/Windows automation and orchestration tools (Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Bash, Java, Go, or JavaScript, and working knowledge of CI/CD tooling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing, troubleshooting, and operating large-scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability and automation.
Proven record of leading incident management and blameless postmortems with strong ownership mentality.
Familiarity and certifications with Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) and cloud platforms, comfortable working in regulated environments and DevOps cultures.
