Lead and manage the GRC Test Team focusing on ServiceNow IRM, Compliance Tools, Risk Events, and Risk Profile reporting testing and quality assurance.
Own end-to-end test planning and execution including test strategies, scenarios, impact analysis, UAT support, and reporting to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Drive improvements in test strategy, automation coverage, and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipelines in an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years hands-on experience in GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing GRC program teams.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM and functional testing tools (ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing module, Bugzilla); experience with Agile testing methodologies and test lifecycle management.
Relevant educational qualifications: Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in ServiceNow IRM with functional and quality assurance testing expertise including STLC and integrated risk management testing.
Comfortable translating business requirements into test cases collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and managing multi-level testing scenarios (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD).
Experienced leading GRC testing programs in agile environments and driving test automation initiatives, preferably with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration.
