About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows installer packages and deployment processes using InstallShield and PowerShell for enterprise applications.
- Support migration of Linux-based installation/deployment workflows to Windows environments including Windows Server and medical device platforms.
- Integrate installer and deployment activities with CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot installation/deployment issues across multiple environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Windows platform packaging and deployment.
- Strong hands-on experience with InstallShield (including MSI, EXE, Suite/Advanced UI projects).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation of installation and deployment tasks.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and managing Windows Services, Registry, environment variables, and relevant system configurations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in packaging and deploying Java and .NET applications along with managing native DLLs and third-party dependencies.
- Familiar with DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps or Jenkins, and integrating builds with release pipelines.
- Has exposure or experience in Linux-to-Windows migration, code signing, and regulated environments such as medical or healthcare software deployment.
