About This Role
- Lead design and development of cloud-native microservices using Java, SpringBoot, and GCP technologies.
- Manage cross-functional teams including software, quality, and reliability engineers; mentor and develop team members.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical direction, establish best practices, and ensure compliance with secure software development guidelines and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 7+ years experience with Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- 7+ years experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions and microservices, plus deploying software using Jenkins CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code concepts including Helm Charts and Terraform.

- Experienced leader with ability to manage and mentor multi-skilled engineering teams including project management roles.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders effectively.
- Proven expertise in cloud-based big data solutions and modern agile development environments within possibly regulated industries.
