About This Role
- Analyze complex construction project data including Cost, Schedule, Risk, Quality, and Safety to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Paginated Reports, and Excel to support decision-making on large-scale construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams and data engineering to optimize data models, ETL processes, and support forecasting via statistical analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in data analysis with construction or infrastructure domain exposure involving project controls or construction management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Platform, Paginated Reports, SQL (SQL Server, Snowflake preferred), Python or R for analytics, and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with US or international clients preferred; familiarity with Primavera P6 and project management tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying data analytics specifically within construction project controls such as cost management, scheduling, quality, and safety analytics.
- Comfortable working with large, multi-disciplinary teams supporting international clients and translating technical data into business insights.
- Capable of independently managing end-to-end analytics processes including data validation, modeling, reporting, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
