Analyze complex construction project data including Cost, Schedule, Risk, Quality, and Safety to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Paginated Reports, and Excel to support decision-making on large-scale construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams and data engineering to optimize data models, ETL processes, and support forecasting via statistical analytics.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years experience in data analysis with construction or infrastructure domain exposure involving project controls or construction management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Platform, Paginated Reports, SQL (SQL Server, Snowflake preferred), Python or R for analytics, and advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with US or international clients preferred; familiarity with Primavera P6 and project management tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying data analytics specifically within construction project controls such as cost management, scheduling, quality, and safety analytics.
Comfortable working with large, multi-disciplinary teams supporting international clients and translating technical data into business insights.
Capable of independently managing end-to-end analytics processes including data validation, modeling, reporting, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
