About This Role
- Own end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing of direct materials including castings, machined parts, and fabricated components to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier management activities including development, performance reviews, negotiation, and risk mitigation aligned with localization and capacity expansion goals.
- Support new product development and localization efforts with early supplier involvement and manage procurement transactions via SAP/S4HANA to meet production schedules.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in direct material procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP/S4HANA procurement processes.
- Experience required in procurement of castings, machined components, fabricated parts, and bought-out industrial items.

- Experience driving supplier development, cost reduction, and sourcing project execution in industrial manufacturing settings.
