Own end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing of direct materials including castings, machined parts, and fabricated components to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.
Lead supplier management activities including development, performance reviews, negotiation, and risk mitigation aligned with localization and capacity expansion goals.
Support new product development and localization efforts with early supplier involvement and manage procurement transactions via SAP/S4HANA to meet production schedules.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in direct material procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP/S4HANA procurement processes.
Experience required in procurement of castings, machined components, fabricated parts, and bought-out industrial items.
