Manage and execute month-end and quarter-end close processes ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance with US GAAP and statutory audit requirements.
Lead preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, audit support, tax filing documentation, and maintain operational performance reports and KPIs using BI tools like Tableau.
Oversee team performance including training, issue resolution, process control implementation, risk management, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Expertise in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and strong presentation skills.
Experience with financial systems such as Oracle (PeopleSoft).
Work Location: Hybrid role based in Pune, India with minimum 2 days onsite per week.

Experienced in record to report accounting with strong general accounting and financial control skills including risk management.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and guide a team with experience in resource planning and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
