About This Role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and solve key business problems using product analytics.
- Set up and maintain automated dashboards and tracking for critical KPIs, performing root cause analyses and A/B test evaluations to inform stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end analytics processes including event analytics implementation, feature tracking, funnel optimization, and strategic KPI projections.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant product analytics or similar experience.
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries involving CTEs, window functions, subqueries, and advanced joins.
- Understanding of product analytics concepts like user funnels, A/B testing, behavioral analysis.
- Experience in data exploration, insights discovery, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, design, and business strategy.
- Comfortable owning analytics end-to-end from data collection through to solution implementation in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with analyzing clickstream or user behavior data and automating workflows (e.g., Google Apps Script) is a plus but not mandatory.
