Own product strategy and roadmap for Finance (payments, billing, invoicing) and Account Management (account lifecycle, verification, fraud) squads, linking features to measurable business outcomes.
Drive cost reduction in payment processing and grow revenue via pricing, fee structures, reconciliation, and accurate invoicing across regions.
Lead fraud and risk control evolution, partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable financial/account solutions, and monitor key financial and account-related metrics.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years product management experience, including 3+ years owning payments, billing, or fintech products in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or eCommerce.
Hands-on experience with payment service providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen), local payment methods, multi-currency settlement, disputes, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
Knowledge of account and identity products: KYC/KYB, role-based access control, fraud detection/risk-scoring tooling.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field preferred; full-time onsite role based in Bengaluru office, UK collaboration hours (11AM-8PM IST).

Experienced managing multiple engineering squads or roadmaps simultaneously, maintaining depth on both.
Proven ability to influence key metrics such as payment success, cost reduction, revenue growth, and fraud loss mitigation, supported by quantifiable examples.
Strong analytical skills with ability to independently query and interpret data (e.g., SQL), paired with clear, structured communication and evidence-based decision making.
