Build, deploy, and own production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows for real-world use cases.
Design, optimize, and continuously improve LLM-based AI systems focusing on accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
Develop evaluation and monitoring mechanisms, and translate ambiguous problem statements into production AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or closely related role.
Experience in a product-based company shipping AI/ML systems.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, prompt engineering, or model integration.
Work location: Bangalore, Karnataka; Work from office 6 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise and practical experience with AI agents and LLM-based production systems, beyond surface-level GenAI/LLM knowledge.
Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, with problem-solving and debugging aptitude for complex AI applications.
Experience operating in product-focused environments, driving end-to-end ownership from ambiguous problem to deployed AI solutions.
