Lead and manage a build and release engineering team for large-scale systems like HPE Networking's JUNOS and EVO platforms, focusing on CI/CD, source code administration, and sandbox tooling.
Own architecture and scalability of enterprise-wide CI/CD, source code management, and sandbox platforms, driving DevSecOps practices and AI/ML automation adoption.
Act as technical escalation point, drive incident management and continuous improvement, while remaining directly engaged in coding and debugging complex platform issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
15-20 years of experience in build/release engineering, source code administration, or infrastructure engineering for large-scale systems with progressive leadership.
At least 5 years managing engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on (coding, design review, troubleshooting).
Proven expertise with enterprise-scale CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), source control (Gerrit, SVN, Gitlab, Github), supply chain security (SBOM, VEX), and scripting (Python, Bash, Go). Onsite work at HPE office required.
