Own end-to-end supply chain programs including new product/category launches, vendor onboarding, supply planning, and procurement.
Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams (Category, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, Finance) to deliver programs within timelines, cost, and business objectives.
Identify risks, track performance metrics (e.g., launch TAT, vendor onboarding TAT, product availability), and drive process improvements including automation and standardization.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 4–7 years in Supply Chain, Program Management, Category Management, Procurement, Operations, or related functions.
Experience managing cross-functional projects/programs and new category/product launches, vendor management, or supply chain projects.
Location: Gurugram (explicitly mentioned).
Preferred domain experience: FMCG, e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, D2C, or consumer businesses.
