Minimum Requirements
7-12 years experience as Technical Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in Banking, Financial Services, or Data-intensive environments.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in a related discipline.
Proven experience with Scrum ceremonies, resource management, sprint delivery using Jira/Confluence.
Functional knowledge of batch processing systems, legacy databases (SQL/Relational), cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
