About This Role
- Build, deploy, and own end-to-end AI agents and agentic workflows targeting real-world problems in production.
- Design and optimize systems using LLMs, tools, retrieval, memory, and structured workflows enhancing accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Implement evaluation and monitoring frameworks and collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or closely related role at a product-based company.
- Strong hands-on experience in building and shipping AI/ML systems, specifically AI agents, agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, or similar.
- Proficient programming skills, preferably in Python, with a strong understanding of LLMs and practical production usage.
- Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka; 6 days/week, Work from Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI/ML engineer with proven success in deploying agentic AI systems in production.
- Demonstrates deep problem-solving skills able to handle ambiguous problem statements and implement robust solutions.
- Comfortable designing complex AI systems integrating multiple LLM-based components, retrieval, memory, and evaluation mechanisms.
