Build, deploy, and own end-to-end AI agents and agentic workflows targeting real-world problems in production.
Design and optimize systems using LLMs, tools, retrieval, memory, and structured workflows enhancing accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
Implement evaluation and monitoring frameworks and collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or closely related role at a product-based company.
Strong hands-on experience in building and shipping AI/ML systems, specifically AI agents, agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, or similar.
Proficient programming skills, preferably in Python, with a strong understanding of LLMs and practical production usage.
Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka; 6 days/week, Work from Office.

Experienced AI/ML engineer with proven success in deploying agentic AI systems in production.
Demonstrates deep problem-solving skills able to handle ambiguous problem statements and implement robust solutions.
Comfortable designing complex AI systems integrating multiple LLM-based components, retrieval, memory, and evaluation mechanisms.
