About This Role
- Lead and manage AMS (Application Management Services) engagements involving support and enhancement activities.
- Own SLA/KPI governance and ensure effective ITIL process implementation (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Manage Agile projects as Scrum Master or Project Manager, including ticket management using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in AMS / Managed Services Delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management, and ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Experience working in Agile environments as Scrum Master or Project Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading AMS engagements with strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and service optimization.
- Holds or is pursuing certifications such as Scrum (CSM/PSM) or PMP/Prince2.
- Familiar with automation, ticket reduction initiatives, and has exposure to DevOps, CI-CD, or cloud-based support models.
