Proven experience in ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management, and ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
Experience working in Agile environments as Scrum Master or Project Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading AMS engagements with strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and service optimization.
Holds or is pursuing certifications such as Scrum (CSM/PSM) or PMP/Prince2.
Familiar with automation, ticket reduction initiatives, and has exposure to DevOps, CI-CD, or cloud-based support models.
