Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows addressing real-world tasks end-to-end, including problem understanding and production deployment.
Design and optimize reliable AI systems integrating LLMs, retrieval, tool-calling, memory, and structured workflows focusing on improving accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
Develop evaluation and monitoring mechanisms and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate practical problems into AI solutions, including debugging and continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related engineering role.
Prior experience at a product-based company involving hands-on building and shipping of AI/ML systems.
Strong expertise with LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and programming skills in Python.
Work location: Bangalore, Karnataka; 6 days work week; fully onsite (work from office).
