Lead research and development of AI capabilities in Document AI, focusing on document classification, information extraction, reasoning, and automation.
Drive applied research initiatives on Large Language Models (LLMs), benchmarking, grounding, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-quality AI systems and mentor junior scientists.
Minimum Requirements
PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, or related field; OR Master’s degree with equivalent industry experience.
7 to 10 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying NLP, Information Retrieval, or Document AI solutions in commercial environments.
Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning techniques.
Proven ability to write, test, and deploy production-grade AI software and lead technical initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced applied scientist or senior AI researcher skilled in bridging research and production deployment, especially in Document AI and NLP domains.
Proven capacity to lead complex AI projects influencing business outcomes and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
