Improve AI system accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and build evaluation and monitoring mechanisms.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related engineering role.
Experience at a product-based company.
Strong hands-on experience with building and shipping AI/ML systems, specifically with AI agents, agentic workflows, and LLMs.
Work location: Bangalore, Karnataka; 6 days a week, work from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in building and deploying LLM-based systems including retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience designing reliable, scalable AI agentic workflows integrating tools, memory, and structured components.
Ability to independently solve ambiguous problems with strong debugging and evaluation skills, working closely with product and engineering teams.
