About This Role
- Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows to solve complex real-world problems.
- Own AI problem statements end-to-end from problem understanding through production deployment.
- Improve AI system accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and build evaluation and monitoring mechanisms.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related engineering role.
- Experience at a product-based company.
- Strong hands-on experience with building and shipping AI/ML systems, specifically with AI agents, agentic workflows, and LLMs.
- Work location: Bangalore, Karnataka; 6 days a week, work from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in building and deploying LLM-based systems including retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience designing reliable, scalable AI agentic workflows integrating tools, memory, and structured components.
- Ability to independently solve ambiguous problems with strong debugging and evaluation skills, working closely with product and engineering teams.
