Own the technical architecture and delivery of AI-enabled .NET and React applications for an enterprise contract management platform.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team through the full software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to translate AI concepts into scalable, secure features while driving CI/CD, testing, and security best practices.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years professional software development experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, building RESTful APIs, and React.js with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML, preferably generative AI models, plus familiarity with Vibe coding, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to define and own software architecture in AI-enabled enterprise applications.
Skilled at driving engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps in cross-functional teams.
