About This Role
- Lead overall programme and project management including stakeholder coordination and internal division alignment.
- Oversee preparation and quality of scheme-level standard documents like Standard Bidding Documents and implementation manuals.
- Drive daily progress tracking, performance analysis, issue resolution and reporting quality across PMU workstreams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) and MBA or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Central/State Government agencies in India on Rooftop Solar projects.
- Full-time onsite role based in New Delhi.

- Proven program management expertise with strong governance discipline in government or regulated environments.
- Experience synthesizing complex information into executive-ready briefs and presentations for high-level decision forums.
- Demonstrated ability coordinating multiple stakeholders including government, utilities, vendors, and agencies in energy sector projects.
