Design, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise Windows 10/11 and macOS end-user environments ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
Manage endpoint lifecycle processes including provisioning, imaging, patching, software deployment, and device decommissioning using platforms like Microsoft Intune and other MDMs.
Provide Level 3 technical support for complex endpoint issues, collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, and drive automation and operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration, Microsoft Intune (or similar MDM), and software deployment lifecycle.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, endpoint security, compliance, and ITIL processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within global IT teams supporting security, infrastructure, and service management.
Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to enable deployment automation and operational excellence.
