Manage daily controllership and month-end close activities for Asia, Middle East, and Africa affiliates, ensuring accurate financial reporting and SOX compliance.
Oversee BPO partners including quality assurance of account reconciliations and act as SME for GL reconciliations and accounting guidance.
Perform financial variance analysis, manage key accounting areas (revenue, inventory, leases, AR/AP), intercompany reconciliations, and support SEC report preparation under US GAAP.
Minimum Requirements
B.Com./M.Com. degree with CA/CPA/CMA qualification.
3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting and Finance.
Strong SAP ERP closing and reporting experience required.
Location: Bengaluru, India (onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing controllership and month-end close across multiple international affiliates indicating ability to handle complex accounting environments.
Strong knowledge and application of US GAAP and SOX controls with experience coordinating between regional finance teams and BPOs.
Comfortable leading end-to-end GL reconciliations and providing accounting guidance, demonstrating subject matter expertise and stakeholder management skills.
