Evaluate multifamily and commercial properties to determine appropriate loan amounts using financial modeling for Debt Sizing within the Capital Markets Group.
Collaborate with global teams and leadership to support existing processes, business opportunities, and pipeline development through data and research analysis.
Improve internal processes by leveraging financial and operational data including operating statements and rent rolls to support sound lending decisions.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years work experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in Preliminary Loan Sizing/Underwriting for Multifamily properties.
Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline with strong academic credentials or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and strong analytical skills including data cleaning and interpretation.
On-site work location in Gurugram, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed analysis of Profit & Loss statements, Rent Rolls, and key property performance metrics such as NOI, EGI, GPR, and Occupancy.
Capable of working independently while collaborating internationally, supporting multiple stakeholders including leadership and global teams.
Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and capacity to manage tight deadlines in a data-driven real estate investment environment.
