Lead APAC-wide front end planning and program management for critical infrastructure and data centre development projects for a global hyperscale client.
Own program scheduling, stakeholder coordination, project controls, risk analysis, and reporting for multiple design and construction projects.
Manage capital budgets, ensure delivery timelines, and drive process improvements across regional projects, with up to 25% APAC travel.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years overall experience, including at least 10 years in critical systems relevant to data centres and infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in Real Estate, Engineering, or Construction/Project Management.
Hands-on technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering with experience in design, installation, commissioning, and integrated systems testing in data centres.
Location requirement: On-site in Mumbai, MH, India.
