About This Role
- Independently process and account for mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (e.g., dividends, splits, mergers) across assigned markets and funds.
- Interpret corporate action announcements and ensure timely, accurate posting in accounting and Gold Copy systems.
- Reconcile positions, cash, and entitlements; investigate and resolve breaks; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues within SLA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Actions or investment operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end corporate action processing and global market practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and corporate action processing systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing corporate action events with strong accountability and ownership.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including Custody, Fund Accounting, Client Service, and Technology teams to address event-related issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and risk awareness focused on accurate processing within agreed SLAs.
