Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Independently process and account for mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (e.g., dividends, splits, mergers) across assigned markets and funds.
Interpret corporate action announcements and ensure timely, accurate posting in accounting and Gold Copy systems.
Reconcile positions, cash, and entitlements; investigate and resolve breaks; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues within SLA.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Actions or investment operations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end corporate action processing and global market practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and corporate action processing systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently managing corporate action events with strong accountability and ownership.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including Custody, Fund Accounting, Client Service, and Technology teams to address event-related issues.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and risk awareness focused on accurate processing within agreed SLAs.
