Manage end-to-end Expense Accounting and reporting activities for the Global Finance Centre ensuring timely and accurate period-end closes.
Partner with Global Process Owners to drive process improvements, controls enhancements, and automation initiatives including ERP implementation projects.
Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, year-end closings, accrual postings, reconciliations, and respond to audits and regulatory queries.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance; Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) mandatory.
9-11 years of progressive experience in Accounting Operations and Controllers roles within Record to Report, preferably in Shared Services environment.
Strong knowledge and practical experience of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards; experience with SOX and internal controls (RCSA).
Experience with accounting technology implementations (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills mandatory.

Experienced in managing large-scale accounting processes within a controlled, process-driven environment such as Shared Services or Global Finance Centres.
Capability to lead re-engineering, automation, and ERP implementation initiatives to improve accounting operations.
