Own the full integration product surface including data, file-based, and experience integrations ensuring a cohesive platform with shared security, versioning, and reliability standards.
Drive partner adoption and reduce integration time by delivering a coherent v2 API set, reliable webhook/event frameworks, and excellent developer experience (portal, docs, SDKs).
Own roadmap, define success metrics, partner with cross-functional teams, and manage launches and change controls with marquee partners.
Minimum Requirements
6–10+ years product management experience specifically with SaaS integrations as the primary product.
Hands-on experience shipping public REST APIs and webhooks at scale, including async patterns, retries, backoff, and event semantics.
Strong expertise in developer experience (docs architecture, SDKs, error taxonomy) and data exchange (schema evolution, validation, observability).
Excellent partner-facing communication and negotiation skills.
