Head Product Owner Digital Client Experience Platforms - Executive Director - Wealth Management

Manage and scale a team of 30+ product owners, promoting innovation and excellent stakeholder collaboration including US-based partners.

Own risk management, budget oversight, and performance metrics to ensure delivery of high-quality, competitive platform solutions enhancing client engagement.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 17+ years relevant Product Owner experience with at least 7+ years managing senior teams.

Minimum 10+ years financial services or program management experience.

Experience with Agile methodologies, strong business process knowledge, and domain expertise in client onboarding, planning, advice, lending, or financials.

Experienced senior leader adept at managing large cross-functional product teams and interfacing with global stakeholders and technology partners.

Strategic thinker with strong accountability, skilled in navigating complex financial services environments and prioritizing digital client experience enhancements.

Proficient in Agile delivery, portfolio analytics, and familiar with emerging technologies such as GenAI is a plus.
