Lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling for new business initiatives and strategic growth opportunities within multiple business verticals including payments and lending.
Own the annual planning process, quarterly forecasting, and deliver executive-level financial reports and presentations to senior management and board.
Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects, support M&A evaluation, and implement automation to enhance financial workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; CA/CFA/MBA preferred.
5-8 years of experience in financial planning, strategy, corporate development, or investment banking.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA), experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan), and strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
Location required: Gurgaon.
