Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Temenos Infinity / Digital Banking implementations, creating BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and configure digital onboarding, servicing journeys, and CSR workflows using BPMN/DMN modeling and Visualizer.
Plan and support UAT, conduct gap analysis between standard platform and client needs, and manage requirement changes through the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience as a Business Analyst on Temenos Infinity or Temenos Transact digital channel implementations.
Hands-on experience with digital customer onboarding/origination journeys and CSR workflow processes.
Proficient in authoring BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flow documentation (BPMN/DMN).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams for digital banking solutions, especially Temenos Infinity.
Experience working in cross-functional Agile delivery teams, contributing to pre-sales and solution consulting.
Strong domain knowledge of digital banking origination, onboarding, and servicing processes with attention to regulatory compliance.
