Lead assessments and ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and DPDPA.
Develop and implement privacy policies, governance frameworks, and privacy impact assessments to safeguard personal data.
Advise on technical privacy controls such as encryption and access management, and support vendor privacy compliance assessments.
Minimum Requirements
4 years of relevant work experience in data privacy, compliance, or information security.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) required; Master’s degree in MBA, Law, or Information Security preferred.
Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDPA and experience conducting privacy assessments and gap analyses.
Mandatory skills include CLM, SIPM, ECC, or CIG; SAP Ariba experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying multiple international data protection regulations in advisory or consulting roles.
Capable of designing and implementing technical privacy safeguards and comprehensive privacy governance frameworks.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders, managing compliance audits, and interpreting complex regulatory requirements.
