About This Role
- Define and execute automation test strategies, plans, and frameworks for complex software systems.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, overseeing technical challenges and best practices in automation testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality releases and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium (Java) and programming skills in Java.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing QA teams in automation-heavy environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Java-based automation frameworks and API testing.
- Experience in Airlines domain or exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
