Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform applications including Power Pages portals and Dynamics 365 modules for Contact Center, Customer Service, and Sales.
Build secure, scalable, and responsive web solutions integrated with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, APIs, and other enterprise data sources using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and Power Platform tools.
Utilize Copilot Studio to create and manage AI agents, configure authentication/authorization with Azure AD B2C or Microsoft Entra ID, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional applications.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of IT experience including Microsoft Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, and Power Platform development.
3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Customer Service, and/or Sales modules.
Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, TypeScript, Liquid templates, and using REST APIs, custom connectors, JSON.
Experience with security best practices, identity authentication systems, and agile development methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering scalable Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 portal solutions with strong full-stack web development skills.
Able to work with cross-functional teams to translate UX/UI designs into functioning web applications and manage integration with enterprise data sources.
Hands-on with AI agent development in Copilot Studio and configuring enterprise-grade authentication for external and internal users.
