Own and maintain the Pan-India Master Project Tracker for minor works projects, tracking all critical milestones and schedule variances.
Manage financial and procurement controls including budgets, spend reconciliation, billing, and accrual reporting for projects.
Design and deliver automated executive reports and interactive dashboards to visualize project portfolio health and compliance, ensuring data integrity and governance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Construction Management, Architecture, Computer Applications, or Finance/Commerce.
3 to 6 years’ experience in MIS, Project Controls, or PMO within Corporate Real Estate, Fit-Out/Interior Construction, or Facilities Management.
Strong expertise in advanced Google Sheets (formulas, Apps Script/macros), Google Slides, and BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
On-site work location required in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
