Provide backend support for real estate investment funds including investor reporting, data management, and transaction support across multiple property types.
Build, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources and prepare periodic investor reports covering EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions.
Coordinate with finance, asset management, strategy, and sustainability teams to produce fund performance summaries and deliver polished presentations.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of commercial real estate experience with expertise in lease analysis, valuations, cashflow projections, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, and appraisal review across asset types.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Proficient in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and Word with strong financial modeling skills.
Must be willing to work on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Subject matter expert in real estate investment fund processes with proven client communication experience.
Strong quantitative skills including knowledge or ability to learn DCF, IRR, NPV, and return metrics relevant to real estate investments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams and delivering detailed, accurate, and visually professional reports and presentations.
