Manage end-to-end trade settlement lifecycle for securities and cash transactions with focus on timeliness and error resolution.
Perform daily trade confirmation and matching, investigating discrepancies and ensuring compliance with client SLAs and market regulations.
Maintain and validate static data including standing settlement instructions, security master, and market reference data, supporting process improvements and risk control.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
4 to 8 years of financial services experience, specifically in Trade Settlements, Trade Confirmation, Static Data Management, Custody Operations, or Middle Office Operations.
Experience with global securities markets, settlement practices, and financial products including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, and Derivatives.
Willingness and ability to work night shifts as per business requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in trade lifecycle management, settlement risk mitigation, and exception investigation within a middle office or custody operations environment.
Proven ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders such as brokers, custodians, and clients to resolve trade and settlement issues.
