Manage end-to-end transaction management including trade settlement lifecycle, confirmation, static data maintenance, and exception resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and external parties like brokers and custodians to mitigate settlement risk and ensure timely, accurate processing.
Support risk, control, compliance, client servicing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance settlement efficiency and data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
4 to 8 years of financial services experience in Trade Settlements, Trade Confirmation, Static Data Management, Custody or Middle Office Operations.
Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Market, Derivatives, SWIFT messaging, and settlement lifecycle processes.
Willingness and ability to work night shifts as per business requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global securities markets settlement and middle office transaction management with strong operational understanding.
Proficient in managing settlement risk, trade lifecycle, static data, and exception investigation within complex regulatory frameworks.
Capable of working under pressure with effective communication, analytical skills, and stakeholder management in a multi-stakeholder environment.
