About This Role
- Own end-to-end architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance of Clearwater ACIO large-scale distributed systems for financial data processing.
- Lead technical strategy, operational excellence, and delivery across multiple domains ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality multi-team project execution.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers in architecture, foster cross-team collaboration, and drive continuous innovation in scalable, cloud-native distributed systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years professional software development experience; 5+ years in architecture or principal engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Proven expertise designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems, preferably in financial or analytics domains.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, event-driven architectures, data streaming (Kafka, AWS Kinesis).

- Senior technical leader with a strategic mindset capable of influencing across teams and driving architectural excellence in complex distributed environments.
- Experienced in multi-team project leadership and driving technical roadmaps for financial reporting and analytics platforms.
