Job Description

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a local supplier portfolio, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
Drive supplier optimization and continuous improvement including new product introductions and quality/fulfillment activities.
Negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, act as escalation point for delivery issues, and collaborate with supplier delivery and quality leaders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, Logistics, or High school with minimum 7 years relevant work experience.
Work experience in sourcing or relevant supply chain roles required.
Willingness to travel as per role requirements.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle; experience with Oracle BIOPROD ERP and Magic PDM is a plus.
