Support and coordinate Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience programs ensuring maintenance and testing of continuity plans and recovery strategies.
Develop and enhance resilience metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI and other visualization tools to inform governance and stakeholder engagements.
Partner with business units and country management during disruptive events, including incident coordination, communication, escalation tracking, and post-event reviews.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resiliency roles.
Understanding of regulatory examinations and audits in the financial sector related to Business Continuity and Operational Resilience.
Experience with data analytics, trend analysis, and familiarity with reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI; knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Tableau, or Alteryx is desired.
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification or similar; knowledge of BC Planning Tool, Fusion RM preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling large datasets and management information with strong skills in data visualization and analytics for resilience programs.
Capable of engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders across global teams, supporting governance forums, and articulating program enhancements.
