Lead and scale Finance Transformation offerings within the Global Capability Center ecosystem, focusing on Revenue Growth Management, Order-to-Cash, Working Capital Optimization, and AI-driven Digital Finance solutions.
Drive revenue growth through business development and account expansion across GCC clients and develop strategic executive-level client relationships.
Manage large Finance Transformation engagements including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Shared Services, and Global Business Services with alliance partners and technology providers.
Minimum Requirements
18-20 years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, Shared Services, GCC, Consulting, or related advisory services, with proven business growth and large transformation program management.
MBA in Finance from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.
Mandatory expertise in Finance Transformation, Order-to-Cash, Working Capital Optimization, Revenue Growth Management, GCC, Shared Services, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Digital Finance Transformation, and executive stakeholder management.
Experience leading Finance Technology implementation, practice building, and managing strategic talent acquisition.
