About This Role
- Manage and oversee timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements for multiple educational institutions.
- Lead annual budgeting, fund flow management, capital and revenue budgeting, and variance reporting to ensure effective financial resource management.
- Build, train, and lead a finance and accounting team, support internal audits, coordinate with statutory bodies, and liaise for project funding.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory.
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience preferably in an educational institute.
- Proficiency in SAP-FICO or equivalent ERP systems and MS Excel required.
- Work Experience Required: 12 to 15 years in relevant domain and role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in senior financial leadership roles within educational or large nonprofit institutions.
- Strong operational control skills over budgeting, compliance, audits, and statutory liaison.
- Ability to lead and professionalize finance and accounts functions with a structured team approach.
