Prepare and post journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations following U.S. GAAP for 500+ hotel portfolio monthly close.
Support audits and compliance by preparing audit schedules and responding to inquiries.
Analyze financial data to support FP&A teams, identify trends, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of accounting or finance operations experience with exposure to reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close.
Experience working with large ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in real estate or retail industry and knowledge of AI tools for productivity or reporting preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in high-volume, multi-entity finance or accounting environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple financial processes and deadlines within shared services or centralized teams.
Comfortable working collaboratively with US-based finance, accounting, and operations teams, supporting audit, month-end close, and financial reporting requirements.
