About This Role
- Prepare and post journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP for a portfolio of 500+ hotels.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including audit preparation and resolution of audit inquiries.
- Deliver financial analysis and reporting to assist FP&A in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; collaborate with US-based finance and operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, specifically supporting reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in real estate or retail industry and leveraging AI tools for productivity is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-volume multi-entity accounting environments, particularly in the hospitality sector or similar.
- Capable of handling complex reconciliations and analyses under U.S. GAAP with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, and field teams in a structured, deadline-driven corporate setting.
