Prepare and post journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP for a portfolio of 500+ hotels.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including audit preparation and resolution of audit inquiries.
Deliver financial analysis and reporting to assist FP&A in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; collaborate with US-based finance and operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, specifically supporting reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close.
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience in real estate or retail industry and leveraging AI tools for productivity is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high-volume multi-entity accounting environments, particularly in the hospitality sector or similar.
Capable of handling complex reconciliations and analyses under U.S. GAAP with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
