Own the entire brand lifecycle including brand planning, portfolio management, GTM strategy, channel management, media spend, and performance metrics for a South India-rooted consumer brand.
Drive consumer insights and regional market understanding to develop and adjust brand plans and product offerings dynamically.
Manage cross-functional coordination including creative briefs, supply chain, sales, and vendor relationships to ensure brand and launch execution and success.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in brand or marketing with real ownership of a brand, category, or launch.
Fluency in at least one South Indian language with deep cultural understanding of South Indian markets and festivals.
Comfort with numerical data for planning, budgeting, and performance analysis; ability to defend and adjust spend.
Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years relevant brand or marketing experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has direct experience or can build and execute a brand plan grounded in South Indian cultural realities and regional market nuances.
Skilled in both strategic thinking and detailed execution across multiple levels, including pricing, vendor management, and marketing activations.
Experienced with food or FMCG sectors, preferably with exposure to 0 to 1 product launches, quick commerce, and working across startup and large FMCG environments.
