Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
End-to-end ownership of Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash activities for assigned customer accounts, including monitoring ageing and collections.
Directly handle customer communication for payment follow-ups, collection conversations, dispute resolution, and cash application issues.
Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end AR closing, intercompany reconciliations, and accurate AR reporting using SAP.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections / Order-to-Cash.
Hands-on working knowledge of SAP/ERP, SAP FI experience preferred, focusing on customer accounts, payment allocation, and AR closing.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and ability to independently manage customer accounts and negotiations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working in Shared Services Centres, Global Business Services, or multinational finance environments.
Comfortable managing difficult customer payment discussions and driving issues to closure independently.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with demonstrated ability to improve AR ageing, DSO, and collections effectiveness.
